Online Event: World Karaoke Live Event From Atlantic City NJ

“World Karaoke Live,” a free event, will begin at 7 p.m. April 11 and will be live-streamed on Facebook Live.

It just might be the ultimate expression of social distancing for a karaoke event – which generally brings people together.
But during the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, an online entertainment known as “World Karaoke Live” has been created with the goal of performers reaching a planetary audience without putting the singers or the viewing audience at risk of contracting the novel coronavirus.

That’s because everything will be happening in the comfort and safety of the singers’ and viewers’ own homes.
“World Karaoke Live,” a free event, will begin at 7 p.m. April 11 and will be live-streamed on Facebook Live.

Like a traditional karaoke show, the entertainers will see the lyrics and hear the music as they perform on Facebook Live.
Before registering, performers can peruse the list of available songs to sing via the "Songbooks Online" app and entering code "USADJ1."
Quite literally, “World Karaoke Live” is available for anyone on Earth to perform or to simply watch and enjoy. Having pre-registered for performance time, the singers will call into the show using Skype when their number is called.
