For as long as Jason Dottley has been able to walk, he has been turning heads and demanding more than his fair share of the attention no matter where his talent takes him.

"A superstar in the GLBT community" (River City News), Jason learned how to strut his stuff in his mother’s stilettos at a young age, and the diva swagger he perfected in his Mississippi childhood home permeates his every endeavor.

As Jason’s career focus has shifted from starring in theater to the small screen, and now on to music, he has been tearing up night clubs on 3 tours of the US, performing in over 40 venues, headlining a party for over 3,000 people at White Party, spending 27 weeks on the Billboard Dance Charts, and earning the distinguished credit of Top 20 Billboard Recording Artist and Top 10 UK Recording Artist.

Jason’s newest venture and fresh record, It’s Our Night drops this Valentine’s Day. Ever-evolving, Dottley’s new album Love Story encapsulates a more emotionally raw side of the Out 100 member not previously revealed on his top-charting singles like “Pop It,” “Hit Play,” and “Party ‘Round the World”.

At 32, Dottley’s a proud member of both professional performing artist’s organizations SAG-AFTRA and Actor’s Equity. The LA Times deemed his Hollywood stage debut in :Lisbon Traviata” as “Letter-perfect” and his performance as leading man Ty in “Sordid Lives: The Series”, syndicated in 17 countries, garnered him worldwide attention, providing him with awesome opportunities to give back to the LGBT community as a member of countless Gay Pride celebrations, most notably as Grand Marshall of New Orleans Gay Pride.

Dottley’s creative prowess is evident both in the spotlight and behind the scenes. Winner of the Los Angeles Drama Critic’s Circle award for producing “Yellow,” Dottley has had the opportunity to produce Oscar Winner Octavia Spencer in the Del Shores play, "The Trials and Tribulations of a Trailer Trash Housewife" in Los Angeles. He has also had the honor of producing and starring in the Delta Burke/Leslie Jordan headlined Southern Baptist Sissies/Sordid Lives National Tour which placed at #105 on Billboard's Concert Boxscore Chart grossing over $150,000 in 2 days.

Dottley maintains two households, one in Panama City Beach, FL, and the other in NYC while balancing familial and professional commitments in Los Angeles and Mississippi. He is a family man, keeping in close contact with his two step-daughters in California, mother and grandmother in Florida, and extended family in Mississippi. Life for Jason is one jam-packed with responsibilities and opportunities to grow spiritually as he continues to share his light with the world via his music, acting, and artistic expression.
