Ings With Paul Quillen At Spectrum
Wednesday March 6 2019, 8:00pm
Ings is a Seattle based musician and visual artist whose sound is compared to Bjork, Hanne Hukkelberg and Emiliana Torrini. She calls it "lullabye rock," we think its enchanting. Supported by local fingerpicking folk artist Paul Quillen. A $10 donation would be graciously accepted to support the artists.
We are thrilled to invite Seattle musician Ings and her local friend Paul Quillen to the intimate back room at Spectrum.
Inge Chiles is a guitarist and composer now living in Seattle. Her heart is overflowing with sentiment. Current live ensemble of celestial nerd-beings: Drums- Christopher Icasiano (Poor Moon, Bad Luck) Bass- Kelsey Mines
Ings claims Heatwarmer, iji, Karl Blau, Lucius, Feist, The Beatles, Gershwin, Rodgers and Hammerstein as influences.
Opening for Ings is local folk artist Paul Quillen.
Quillen's acoustic ballads are dusky little jewels, or the skyline of a city night: reachable but somehow far away. http://paulquillen.net/
