2023 Equality At Work Symposium at Bell Works in Holmdel NJ

The Equality at Work Symposium is back! Join Garden State Equality on May 3 and connect with professionals from across New Jersey who are committed to diversity, with a special emphasis on LGBTQ-affirming practices.

 

The day-long symposium will bring changemakers like you to the table with other industry leaders who are leading the charge to make sure the workplace is not only inclusive in its policies and procedures, but also a safe space for difficult conversations through the use of Employee Resource Groups, a diverse environment through integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting practices, and a space that combats the effects of burnout created by non-inclusive work practices.
