Adapted for the stage by Christopher Sergel

Set in the small Southern town of Maycomb, Alabama, during the Depression, To Kill a Mockingbird follows three years in the life of 8-year-old Scout Finch, her brother, Jem, and their father, Atticus. A classic of American literature, To Kill a Mockingbird tells a story of race, class, justice, and growing up that still resonates today.

Prior to the show, we will gather at a private home to enjoy a barbecue, then carpool to the show at Summit Playhouse, 10 New England Ave, Summit, NJ 07901 (just a few miles away.)

All those who order tickets will receive an email with the address, directions to the barbecue and any other critical information.

The barbecue will start at 5:00, and the show begins at 7:00 PM.

Following the show, you will be brought back to your car to leave for home.
