Pride's mission is to create a safe and empowering stage to uplift, celebrate, heal, and inspire our vibrant LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC community while being environmental stewards who create ally-ships with local businesses to boost our local economy and broadcast a culture of belonging and love.
The community of Pride welcomes and celebrates the diversity of sex, gender identity, gender expression, and gender orientation in all ages and cultural backgrounds.
The Pride stage showcases art, music, poetry, spoken word, activism, entertainment, and more, uplifting, making visible, and shining a light on the diverse beauty of our LGBTQIA2S+ culture.
Pride collaborates with community businesses, organizations, activists, and artists of all mediums to create a safe space on and off the stage to challenge and liberate us from oppressions, including but not limited to sexism, ableism, ageism, cissexism, classism, heterosexism, monosexism, nationalism, racism, religious oppression, sizeism, trans oppression, and xenophobia.
Through these connections, we build a strong community culture of inclusion, interdependence, and a legacy of radical belonging, acceptance, and love.
