Each employer has been asked that their on-site recruiters participate in a Transgender-inclusive training, co-hosted by representatives from TGI Network and Thudermist, before participating in the job fair. Employers‘ attendance at the training will be indicated in the event program.
Each employer was required to self-report inclusive policies they have implemented in their workplace. Their responses will be visible on the tables they set up at the job fair.
