Pride Choir’s next free community concert “Bend Don’t Break” is a musical journey of determination, inspiration, resilience, and hope. It will take place on Saturday, June 7th at 7pm at Union Congregational Church at 176 Cooper Avenue in Montclair. The concert features the music of Tracy Chapman, Pentatonix, Sara Bareiles, and more. The concert, performed by an LGBTQ+ community choir, is free for the community, and donations are graciously accepted. Although the concert is free, RSVPs are encouraged. Click here to RSVP.

About the author:

She was born in Ontario, Canada, and received two writing grants from the Canadian Council for the Arts. She studied English literature and library science at Western University. She currently lives in Ottawa, in the territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin Nation.
