Bring a yoga mat if you have one\, and wear comfortable\, gym-type clothes. \nSteven Russell has been practicing yoga for 22 years. His 2010 teaching certification is from Sri Dharma Mittra in NYC. Because Steven is a professional musician\, breath and sound have an important place in his yoga classes. Since many of his students are men or older beginners\, the wisdom of movement and exploration of possibility are emphasized. He enables students to find a balance between relaxation and challenge appropriate for their own bodies.
