DESCRIPTION:Princeton Community Pride Picnic at Princeton Shopping Center in Princeton NJ\nFriday\, June 3\, 2022 - 5:00PM to 7:30PM EST\nEveryone is invited to the 2nd annual Princeton Community Pride Picnic in the beautiful courtyard of the Princeton Shopping Center. \n \nCelebrate with DJ Mona of Mon Amie Events NYC\, a bubble show by OMG Bubbles\, hula hoop along with Color Me Hoopy\, join in yoga\, make your mark on a collaborative community mural\, and go home with fun giveaways\, and lots more!\n \nLocal Artist Marlon "7ovechild" Davila will lead the community in creating a large mural and participants will have a chance to meet author/illustrator\, Rashad Malik Davis.\n \nSen. Andrew Zwicker\, Mayor Mark Freda\, and other local dignitaries will be in attendance. Local nonprofits and community groups will have tables with activities and information for attendees.\n \nPlan a picnic dinner at one of our many dining options. Pizza\, tacos\, salads\, sandwiches\, fresh chicken\, paella\, and more.\n \nRita's Italian Ice will be on hand serving up refreshing FREE water ice for the kids!\n \nThis event is coordinated by the library in collaboration with community partners: McCarter Theatre Centre\, HiTOPS\, Princeton Civil Rights Commission\, Princeton Human Services\, YWCA Princeton\, and Princeton YMCA.\n \nNonprofits attending include: the Arts Council of Princeton\, Princeton High School GSA\, PUMS SAGA\, I Support the Girls - Central/South New Jersey\, Bayard Rustin Center for Social Justice\, CASA for Children\, Corner House Behavioral Health\, and Inspired Threads.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nhitops.org\n\n\n\n\n\n
