Some say a brick wasn't thrown at all. However\, it has become a revolutionary object symbolizing the pivotal moment that propelled the queer liberation movement. And the queer liberation movement was led by trans women of color. The brick is a symbol of reclaiming our narratives after so much harm done to our community.
