We can guarantee raffle prizes and twerk-offs abound!Games start at 7:00pm and 8:00pm\, but show up any time!A dollar from each Nellie’s beer purchased along with all raffle donations will go directly to GLSEN Maryland as they continue expanding their services across all 24 counties in Maryland.GLSEN Maryland is Maryland's local chapter of GLSEN\, the leading national organization championing LGBTQ issues in schools:**Training over 4\,000 educators in the DMV on LGBTQ-inclusivity**Supporting over 100 GSAs (Gender and Sexuality Alliance clubs) in schools**Training 140 school transportation employees the importance of creating safe environments for LGBTQ students on buses**Providing policy language to schools\, students and district leaders as they advocate for inclusive school policies In MarylandDID YOU KNOW? Close to 3 in 5 LGBTQ students report being verbally harassed because of their sexual orientation. 1 in 10 were unable to form or promote a GSA club. 82% heard negative remarks about gender expression sometimes\, often or frequently. 61% of transgender students were unable to use the restroom consistent with their gender. 16% of LGBTQ youth in Maryland were not allowed to discuss LGBTQ themes in school assignments. LGBTQ youth of color are disproportionately represented in cases of school discipline. There is a problem.
