The Queerbook: Baltimore

Calling all LGBTQ performers! Do you want to be a part of something great?! Come and get your photo taken for the Queerbook.

The Queerbook is a photo project by queer photographer Chris Jay. The images used in this project will be made into a yearbook containing photos of LGBTQ performers all over the country. This book aims to match photographs with names and provide a wide scope of the variety of entertainment in LGBTQ community.

COST: Suggested Donation of $25 - $50 (Donation not required to be photographed)

Cash and credit cards only. Fees paid to participate cover services and costs for one edited digital image only, made available via www.thequeerbook.com, and do not include physical prints.

ARRIVAL: Come camera ready, where what you want, be yourself!

You can arrive as early as 1pm, there isn't a lot of space to get ready so please come as ready as possible. This process will move fast each person will get between 5-10 shots and the best one will be chosen for the queerbook. The image choosen for the queerbook will be made available for download.

1. Register in advance! First 50 people are guaranteed to be photographed. Register at www.queerbook.com

2. Check in at the desk to pay and sign the release form. If you pre-register your information will be already printed on the form and all you would need to do is sign the release.

3. Wait in line to be photographed.

All funds raised will go into continuing this project as the goal is to capture performers in all 50 states.
