Weekend Itinerary:

*Friday morning hot breakfast included 8:30AM-11:30AM

3 PM-6 PM: Join the Bears of Maryland Welcome Reception! They will have some light snacks. This is a BYOB event. Snack donations are welcome! Eisenhower Suite (Next to room 170)

6-8PM Join Mr. Mayhem Leather Bear for a meet and greet social. More info can be found in the event posted.

7 pm Meet the bears at Li's Buffet (This is on your own. Please try and stagger your times to ensure everyone who wants to go/eat can!)

* Friday night is a free-form night. The pool will be open. Maybe some pool/games/music/meet and greet. DJ David Petrilla will be spinning some beats from 9 PM - 1 AM poolside.
*Please no music after 2AM.

* FREE FULL HOT BREAKFAST SATURDAY 8:30am - 11:30am

Poetry Reading with Dorian:
1pm-2:45 pm in the Eisenhower Breakfast room
**NEW THIS YEAR: Drag Bingo Poolside!!!
2PM in the pools area
Come join The Lady Vermouth and Dusty Relix for some songs, BINGO, and fun! There will be 4 games with some performances in between (bring those $1 boys!!).
COST TO PLAY BINGO: $10 (we need a minimum of 10 people to be able to run BINGO. Look for information on Thursday on where to sign up!!)
* Saturday night’s main event is Snow Tubing at Ski Liberty. This is a book your own experience. (Please check with the mountain to see if any availability to tube is open, the earlier you book the better, as they sold out in previous years!)
* After snow tubing come back to the Eisenhower for the “Wet Bears” pool party. There will be pool time, wet bears, and beartastic beats with DJ David Petrilla from 9pm-1AM.

SHOT CRAWL!!! 8 PM in the pool area! Start at Stop 1 and dance around the pool area to sample a variety of delicious shots from all the bears. (NOTE: we have a LOT of stops... please monitor yourself, it's not recommended to do ALL of the SHOTS)
*Please no music after 2AM.
**NEW THIS YEAR PIZZA and WING BUFFET!
9pm-10:30PM
Cost $18 per person (Please pay in the bar to get your ticket, you must present your ticket in order to partake in the Buffet. Last call to purchase a ticket is 3 PM on Saturday).

Plain wings with BBQ and Hot sauce on the side with ranch/blue cheese dipping

* Sunday, checkout, FREE FULL HOT BREAKFAST SUNDAY 8:30am - 11:30am, and maybe some shopping.
