Hell On Hairy High Heels at Clarion Inn in New Hope PA

The BIG, GAY CABARET makes its debut in the Phoenixx Lounge-located at the New Hope Clarion-with "Hell on Hairy, High Heels!" The Big, Gay Cabaret is a six month, live singing cabaret show featuring different themes and vocalists every month from December through May.

 

"Hell on Hairy, High Heels" is a live singing, comedy cabaret featuring Edna Grabbit and Johnny Four Tunes-the vaudevillian superstars that got banned from the Catskills in 1958 after critics walked out of their last show while blinding themselves.

 

What happened that night? What could have been so horrible that caused critics to blind themselves while running out that theater in 1958?

Find out on Sunday, December 5th, as Edna and Johnny return to the stage-ten years later in the year 1968-for a chance at redemption. Singing the best of their work-and facing the critics and audiences that once banned their act from the greatest comedy stages in the world.
