There is no better place to celebrate Pride than in New Hope & Lambertville! This year’s 2018 PrideFest, “The United Colors of Love”, will commemorate New Hope Celebrates’ 15th. Anniversary.
Kick off our Pride Celebration on Sat., May 12th. We begin with a morning Pride 5K Run. Then everyone is invited to attend our annual reveal of our 25 ft. Rainbow Equality Flag at Starbucks on Bridge and Main Streets. The event will feature daytime fireworks displayed over the Delaware River from the New Hope & Lambertville Bridge.
PrideFest weekend begins on Fri., May 18th. with special events. The Annual Pride Parade & Fair is Sat., May 19th. Entertainers include Chris Weaver as "Nedra Belle" and Stephanie’s Child as seen on The Voice Finale. This was the first time a drag performer was on mainstream TV! Also appearing are Christine Martucci, Josh Zuckerman, Leonardo Martinez. A host of local Queens will also be appearing; Paige Turner, Ginger Alley (Miss NHC 2018), Cyannie Lopez (Miss NHC 2017), Miss Victoria Lace, Miss Pumpkin, Carl Max, Miss Martini Madness and many, many more.
The Pride Fair Gates open at noon with a suggested donation of $5. Kids under 16 are FREE Admission.
The Fair Lot is a designated smoke free area.
On Sunday, May 20th. The Raven hosts a pool party with DJ Kirk and The Ladies’ 2018 Pride Party will be at Havana’s with DJ Steven Singer spinning the music you love.
